Antimonopoly Committee Allows ZAZ To Create Joint Company With Bosal Group.

The company (ZAZA) will be registered as an Ltd with foreign investment, and will deal with the production and sales of spare parts for automobiles. In related news, Tariel Vasadze, the founder of Ukravto corporation (which owns 81.6% of ZAZ) is reported to have been appointed head of the Supervisory Board for Fabryka Samochodow Osobowych (Poland). In October, Ukravto finalized a deal for the purchase of 19.9% of the company, and the Polish government transferred 65% of its shares to Ukravto?s management.
