Antimonopoly Committee Greenlights Purchase Of Majority Stake In Stirol

Ukraine’s Antimonoply Committee has ok’d the purchase of a 50+1 percent stake in the nitrogen fertilizer producer Stirol (STIR: SELL) by the Netherlands’ Dotterbloem Holding B.V. Vladimir Nesterenko: Most likely, this is a technical deal and the beneficial ownership won’t change. However, there is still a possibility that Stirol’s management could sell out a portion of its stake.
