The world’s second largest steel producer Arcelor has opened a representative office in Ukraine. The company plans to sell the full range of its products in Ukraine. However, the company has not said in what size volumes it intends to sell. Previously, Arcelor made all deals with Ukrainian consumers via its Moscow office.
