Astelit Expands Network

Concorde Capital: In the UMC-Kievstar dominated mobile market, Astelit has the fourth largest network, lagging even URS. The application for a GSM-900 license seems reasonable, as activity in the 900MHz frequency is cheaper than in 1800MHz. However, Astelit has a low chance of obtaining the license, as there are no free frequencies available in the 900MHz range.
