AvtoKrAZ Acquires Avtoradiator

MariupolAvtoradiator, Ukraine’s sole producer of automobile radiators and heating systems for heavy load trucks, with deliveries to KrAZ, MAZ and KaMAZ, has become part of AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD). In 1H06 Avtoradiator posted sales of USD 0.4 mln and a net loss of USD 0.2 mln. Olha Pankiv: The acquisition of Avtoradiator further extends AvtoKrAZ’s ownership over companies in its supply chain, which already includes Poltava and Kamenetsk-Podilsky auto aggregate plants, the Kherson cardan shaft plant, Tokmak press-forging and the Simferopol steering wheel plant.
