AvtoKrAZ targets 86% yoy rise in truck sales in 2012

19 October 2012

AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ UK), Ukraine’s only truck producer, plans to increase sales 86% yoy to 2,350 vehicles in 2012, the head of AvtoKrAZ’ trading house said yesterday (via Interfax). According to management, as of mid-October, the announced sales target is fulfilled by 63%, and they expect a seasonal increase in sales in 4Q12.

Roman Dmytrenko: The announced target for the year confirms management’s previous guidance to double truck sales in 2012, suggesting EBITDA will triple yoy to USD USD 18 mln in 2012 while net income might reach USD 2 mln (vs. a USD 22 mln net loss in 2011).
