AvtoKrAZ to double output to break even in 2012

AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ UK), a Ukrainian truck producer, plans to cut its financing costs 2.2x yoy (by an estimated USD 13 mln) in 2012 by restructuring long-term debt, the company announced yesterday (via Interfax). According to the company, the savings will be used to finance an increase of more than double in truck output in 2012 (from 1,071 trucks produced in 2011). The company projects its 2012 EBITDA at USD 18 mln in 2012, suggesting its net income may reach USD 2 mln (vs. USD 22 mln net losses in 2011).
