Bank Diamant Directs 2006 Profits Into Reserve Fund

Shareholders of Bank Diamant, the 60th largest bank in Ukraine by assets, voted at their AGM last Thursday to direct 2006 net income of USD 2.4 mln into the bank’s reserve fund. Last year Bank Diamant announced plans to hold a private placement in 2007.
