Bank Pivdenny Places Debut Eurobonds For USD 100 mln

Bank Pivdenny, Ukraine’s 18th largest bank by assets, has completed the placement of a three-year USD 100 mln Eurobond issue with a coupon of 10.25%, according to Bloomberg. The lead managers of the issue were BNP Paribas and Standard Bank. The issue received a B- long-term rating from Fitch.
