BNP Paribas To Keep Share In Ukrsibbank Unchanged.

The Head of France’s BNP Paribas’s representative office in Ukraine, Domenic Menuhe, announced that the bank will participate in Ukrsibbank’s additional share emission of USD 100 mln (+67%) with no intension to increase its stake in the Ukrainian bank above its current 51%. The upcoming emission will bring Ukrsibbank’s share capital to USD 248 mln.
