Bogdan Automobile stake sold for over USD 13 mln

Interfax reported today that SV Motors, shareholder in Bogdan Automobile Plant (LUAZ), received over USD 13 mln from its sale of a 3.85% stake in the plant to NLV Private Equity Investments (UK). An SV Motors representative said they sold 166,399,908 shares at USD 0.08 per share. SV Motors said that it retains a 45% stake in Bogdan Automobile Plant. The transaction was announced yesterday.
