Bogdan Corporation's 1Q09 passenger car output drops 3x yoy

Bogdan Corporation, which includes the Bogdan Automobile Plant (LUAZ), announced yesterday that its production of passenger cars declined over 3x yoy to 6,063 units in 1Q09. The company said its output of foreign car brands was down tenfold, while its production of less expensive Lada cars grew 10.7% yoy.
