Bogoliubov buys 3% stake in Ferrexpo

Ferrexpo (FXPO LN) reported yesterday that Genady Bogoliubov, one of the co-beneficiaries of Ukraine’s Privatbank, acquired a 3.0029% stake in Ferrexpo on Feb. 24, 2009. Bogoliubov controls 17,675,762 shares in the company through an entity he owns 100%, Fayver Properties Inc.
