Bohdan Inks Deal To Send 500 Buses To Armenia

The Bohdan Corporation, which includes the Lutsk Automobile Plant (LUAZ), has agreed to deliver 500 minibuses Armenia’s over the next three years. The exact terms of the deal were not disclosed.  In 2007 and 2008 Bohdan will deliver 150 buses to Armenia. Last month, company announced that it increased production in January 2007 by 3.6x yoy to 265 units. Of these busses, 51 were exported to Russia and 30 to Belarus. Bohdan is eyeing an IPO in 2009-10.
