Cabinet to Review Energy Company Privatizations Today

The Cabinet of Ministers will consider the sale of minority shares in 21 energy companies at a session today, according to State Property Fund Chair Valentyna Semenyuk. If the Cabinet agrees, she said the preparations for the privatizations will take about 2-3 weeks. As reported on Monday, the minority shares in the companies have a par value of USD 58 mln and market value of USD 300 mln.
