Cardinal Resources Suspends Trading in its Stock on LSE/AIM

In a press-release yesterday, Cardinal Resources Plc (CDL LN: N/R) said that it has requested suspension of trading on the LSE, until it will be able to publish 1H07 financial reports, which were due on Sept. 28. The company also confirmed that it is currently considering selling its production assets to a strategic shareholder.
