Ceneterenergo Fails To Hold Its AGM.

The Dniper court in Kherson ruled that Ceneterenergo (CEEN: BUY) could not hold its AGM due to the opening of bankruptcy procedures against the company. The first stage is scheduled to finish by August 10, 2006, however, it is likely these proceeding will be postponed until the end of 2006.
