Central European Media completes buyout of 1+1 minority partners

Central European Media (CETV US) said yesterday that on October 17 it completed the purchase of the remaining 10% in Studio 1+1 Group, following the exercise of its call option. The stake was acquired for a cash consideration of USD 109.1 mln. CME now owns 100% of the Ukrainian television station.
