Centralny GOK And Severny GOK To Confirm Results Of Subscription On Additional Share Issue.

Centralny GOK (CGOK: Buy) and Severny GOK (SGOK: BUY) will confirm the subscription results at their EGMs on September 12. In addition, the  shareholders will decide on the companies? reorganization at separate EGMs scheduled for October 10, 2005. Earlier, the SPFU challenged the decision to increase the charter funds of these two companies twice and failed.
