Centralny GOK (CGOK: BUY) & Severny GOK (SGOK: BUY) Postpone Additional Share Issue Subscription

The first stage will take place on June 22?July 7, 2005 and the second from July 8 – July 13, 2005, instead of June 1?16 and June 17-22, as previously announced. CGOK intends to increase its charter fund by 100% to USD 54mn, while SGOK will raise its charter capital by 126% to USD 107.6 mn. Both companies are controlled by SCM.
