Cherkasy Bus Not To Pay Dividends For 2005.

At Cherkasy Bus’s AGM in April the company’s shareholders voted not to pay dividends for 2005.The shareholders voted to use the company’s USD 1.2 mln net profits for modernization. Cherkasy Bus produces Bohdan buses and is one of the cornerstones of the Bohdan Corporation.
