Chervonoarmiyska Zakhidna to be renamed Shakhtoupravlenie Pokrovskoye

At their AGM on August 5, Chervonoarmiyska Zakhidna (SHCHZ: BUY) shareholders voted to rename the company Shakhtoupravlenie Pokrovskoye. Shareholders also approved reinvestment of the company’s 2007 net income, USD 11.0 mln.
