Clubhouse to spend at least USD 10 to rebuild Zaporizhya hotel

Clubhouse Group (5CHA GR) will spend at least USD 10 mln to reconstruct the 147-room Dnipro Hotel in Zaporizhya, said Olga Mishchenko, development director for Clubhouse’s 7-Days hotel chain. According to Mishchenko, rebuilding work will be carried out in two stages; the first has already been started, and the second is due in 2010-2011. 7-Days plans to expand the hotel to 150 rooms. Clubhouse currently operates a 36-room hotel in Kyiv and a 220-room hotel in Kamyanets-Podilsky.
