Court To Rule On ZSPT Merger Appeal Today

8 November 2008

The Kyiv Appeals Court is set to rule on an appeal made by Zaporizhstal (ZPST: Susp) of an earlier ruling by the Kyiv Economic Court which blocked the company’s plans to use a highly dilutive share issue to merge with its trading houses (See our ANBs from April 20 & 27). Andriy Gostik:  The court ruling could go either way, however, we do not expect the ruling to bring an end to the legal battles surrounding this situation.
