Creativ Group (CREA: N/R) decreased the par value on its ordinary shares from UAH 2,000 (USD 412.4) to UAH 20 (USD 41.2) as of May 22, according to a May 29 Bank of New York release. As a result, ordinary shareholders received 100 new ordinary shares at UAH 20 each in exchange for every one old ordinary share at UAH 2,000 each. To effect the 100 for 1 split on the ADRs, the company’s ADR ratio changed to 100 DRs for every ordinary share (from 10,000:1), effective May 30. The Bank of New York said that the ratio change will not entail a mandatory exchange or distribution of additional DRs.
