Deadline For Bids For Dniproazot Assets Today

The auction for Dniproazot’s (DNAZ: Susp) assets is scheduled for May 25. The starting price is set at USD 347 mln. As of the end of 2006, the company’s assets amounted to USD 338 mln, of which 32% were fixed assets worth USD 107 mln. In 2006 the company produced 523 ths mt of ammonia, 739 ths mt of urea, 63 ths mt of caustic soda and 46 ths mt of chlorine. Last year Dniproazot’s net income decreased more than 3.5x, to USD 0.17 mln.
