The bank will provide a USD 100 mln loan to the State Automobile Road Service (Ukravtodor) at a LIBOR +2.7%. The loan will be guaranteed by the state. Ukravtodor will invest USD 27.4 mln of its own funds. The money will be spent on repairs of the existing road, which is to be completed by Novemeber. Afterward, Ukravtodor plans either to continue completion of the road by itself, or grant the job to a company ready to invest USD 0.9-1.6 bln. The latter scenario foresees the introduction of toll roads. Kyiv-Odessa is part of the Ninth International Transport Corridor, uniting Finland, Russia, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.
