DMK Dzerzhinskogo Steel to Increase Charter Fund by 144%

According to Ukrainian News, DMK Dzerzhinskogo Steel (DMKD: N/R) shareholders will again consider increasing the company’s charter fund by 144% to USD 0.34 bln via an additional share issue at their AGM on March 20. If the issue goes forward, subscription will take place from May 12 to December 5. Current shareholders will be able to subscribe on a pro-rata basis at a price of UAH 0.25 per share. Shareholders failed to vote on the issue at their AGM in October 2007. In separate news, DMK Dzerzhinskogo reported that its 2007 net income rose 57% yoy to USD 106.6 mln.
