DMP Petrovskogo Steel net loss increases 34% y-o-y in 2010

DMP Petrovskogo Steel (UX: DMZP UK) reported a net loss of UAH 630.047 mln in 2010, an increase of 34% y-o-y, Interfax said yesterday, citing an AGM announcement. The company’s accumulated loss amounted to UAH 2.079 bln. In 2010, the plant decreased its production of rolled steel by 10.8% y-o-y to 790 ths mt, while steel output dropped by 9.3% y-o-y to 884 ths mt. The plant was acquired by Evraz in 2007.
