Dniproazot For Sale

At their EGM yesterday Dniproazot’s (DNAZ: SELL) shareholders voted to put the nitrogen fertilizer producer up for sale. According to DNAZ’s CFO Sergey Sidorov, the company will be sold either as a whole or in parts. According to Sidorov, 95% of the company’s shareholders voted in favor of the move. Dniproazot is controlled by Privat Group.
