Dniprovazmash AGM to reinvest 2007 net income

At their AGM on Friday, Dniprovazmash (DZVM: N/R) shareholders approved 2007 financials: sales of USD 72.3 mln (+24.9% yoy), EBITDA of USD 3.6 mln (+105% yoy), net income of USD 0.5 (+USD 0.6 mln yoy). Shareholders decided not to pay dividends. Dniprovazmash is specializing in heavy machinery.
