Dnister PSPP Will Merge With Ukrhydroenergo.

The National Energy Company of Ukraine (NC ECU) decided to transfer all the assets of Dnister Pump Storage Power Plant to Ukrhydroenergo. Currently, Ukrhydroenergo owns the assets of Dnister HPP, seven HPPs located on Dniper river, and 11.44% of Dnister PSPP. A total 87.4% of Dnister PSPP is owned by the NC ECU, and 1.16% are owned by the company?s management. Concorde Capital: Following the merger of Dnister PSPP and Ukrhydroenergo, the latter will control all the major hydro power stations in Ukraine. In addition, this will almost double the installed capacity of power plants controlled by Ukrhydroenergo, once the construction of Dniter HPP is finished.
