DTEK pays off USD 21.8 mln of syndicated loan

The Donbas Fuel and Energy Company (DTEK) paid off USD 21.8 mln of a syndicated loan, the company reported on Thursday (via Interfax). The payment is the first installment to call in the principal and annual interest at LIBOR+3% on a USD 150 mln two-year syndicated loan the company took in 2008. DTEK is System Capital Management’s energy holding company.
