DTEK (DTEKUA) signed 3-year agreements with Ukrainian Ukrsotsbank (USCB UK) and UniCredit Bank Austria AG for two separate lines of credit totaling USD 260 mln, the holding said yesterday. The facility from Ukrsotsbank, the Ukrainian subsidiary of UniCredit, for USD 110 mln, is planned to be used for working capital financing, while the other loan will be used for general purposes, including financing the group’s CapEx. The holding did not disclose other details about the loans.
