DTEKs new Oblenergos to pay dividends

Shareholders of Krymenergo (KREN UK) and Dniprooblenergo (DNON UK), two electricity distribution companies acquired by DTEK in 2012, at AGMs last week, decided to pay 30% of their income in 2011 as dividends and attach the “DTEK” monitor to the official names of the companies. Shareholders of Krymenergo will receive DPS of UAH 0.06 (dividend yield is 4.0%), while DPS for Dniprooblenergo amounts to UAH 2.17 (yielding 1.1%).
