Dutch Damen Shipbuilding To Receive Zaliv Cargo Vessel

Zaliv Shipyard (SZLV: N/R) will deliver a cargo vessel with a 7,200 mt capacity for dry-load containers, to Dutch Damen Shipbuilding Bergum in October 2008 – the first time it will deliver a complete ship to Damen. Zaliv has delivered four cargo vessel hulls to Damen Shipbuilding since 2000. In 2006, the two companies signed contracts for the delivery of six more cargo vessel hulls. Zaliv is one of 12 companies that make up KrAZ Holding, which is planning an IPO in 2008-2009.
