EBRD Decides To Become Minority Shareholder in Shostka

The European Bank of Reconstruction & Development’s Board of Directors decided yesterday to approve plans to purchase a minority stake in the Shostka Milk Plant (SHMK: N/R). Currently, 97.5% belongs to Bel Group, France. Earlier, the EBRD had announced plans to spend USD 29 mln on CapEx to expand the plant’s cheese production capacity.
