EBRD to spend EUR 1.1 bln in Ukraine in 2010

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is planning to invest about EUR 1.1 bln in Ukraine in 2010, EBRD Kyiv Representative Anton Usov said yesterday, according to Interfax. Usov said the amount was roughly the same as the bank’s contribution this year. The EBRD is the largest financial investor in Ukraine: its liabilities in the country reached EUR 4.2 bln across 194 projects.
