Enakievo Steel to Increase Charter Fund by 1.7%

Enakievo Steel (ENMZ: BUY) shareholders will vote on a 1.7% charter fund increase to UAH 160.9 mln (USD 31.9 mln) through an additional share issue at their EGM on March 21, according to Interfax. The financing will be directed into development. Subscription is scheduled for April 30 to May 16.
