Energomashspetsstal to issue UAH 350 mln in domestic bonds

At their AGM on June 3, Energomashspetsstal (ENMA: N/R) shareholders voted to issue UAH 350 mln (USD 72.2 mln) in local bonds, Interfax said on Friday. The company will issue 1 ths bonds, UAH 350 ths (USD 72.2 ths) per bond. The coupon is 18% for the first-fourth coupon periods. The company will use proceeds for its modernization.
