Eurocar To Increase Charter Fund By 26% To USD 17.3 mln.

The company plans to issue 160 ths ordinary shares at USD 22 par. These funds are to be used to increase working capital and CapEx. Concorde Capital: Eurocar produces Skoda, Volkswagen and Audi cars. In 2005, it increased production by 26%. This year Eurocar plans to open a second production workshop, and increase production by 92% to 21.5 ths automobiles.
