Factorial Bank Completes 64.4% Charter Fund Increase

Factorial Bank (FKTB: BUY) confirmed the results of its additional share issue at its AGM on June 26, increasing the bank’s 64.4% charter fund to USD 20.1 mln. Subscription for the issue ran from May 16 to June 12, 2007. Shareholders voted to direct the bank’s 2006 profit into its reserve fund (USD 0.6 mln).
