Ferrexpo changes board roles for independent directors

Ferrexpo changes board roles for independent directors

11 February 2022

Ukraine’s largest iron ore pellet exporter Ferrexpo
(FXPO LN) changed a number of roles within its board for its independent
non-executive directors, the company reported in a Feb. 11 release.

Fiona MacAulay has been appointed senior independent
director. MacAulay replaces Vitalii Lisovenko after his two and half years in
this position. Lisovenko will remain an independent non-executive director, the
release said.

Ann-Christin Andersen has been appointed Chair of
Ferrexpo’s Health, Safety, Environment and Community (“HSEC”)
committee.

Natalie Polischuk has been appointed as a member of both
the Audit Committee and HSEC Committee.

Dmytro Khoroshun: Ferrexpo’s
board has the time and the resources to strengthen its support among
independent shareholders.

The next gauge of this support, which demonstrated
serious weakness in 2021 and 2020, will be the voting results at the
May 26 AGM.
