Ferrexpo ups stake in Poltava Iron Ore to 97.3%

Ferrexpo (FXPO LN) increased its stake in Poltava Iron Ore (PGOK) from 90.9% to 97.3%, Interfax reported yesterday. In July 2008, Ferrexpo announced it planned to buy out the holdings of DCM DECOmetal International Trading to increase its stake in Poltava Iron Ore to 96-97%.
