Fitch Assigns B- Rating To Bank Forum's Upcoming Eurobond Issue.

The Fitch Ratings Agency announced yesterday that it had assigned a long-term B- rating with a stable outlook to an upcoming Eurobond issue by Bank Forum (FORM: HOLD).  According to media reports the bonds are to be “offered and priced following road shows in Hong Kong (Oct 5), Singapore (Oct 6) and Europe on October 9. Oleksandr Klymchuk:  Bank Forum is the smallest Ukrainian bank to issue Eurobonds to date. We don’t expect the issue to exceed $100m. The yield of the placement should be higher than 9%.
