Fitch Gives DTEK B+ Rating with Stable Outlook

Fitch Ratings has assigned a long-term default issuer rating of B+ and a short-term IDR of B with long-term stable outlooks to DTEK, the Donbas Fuel & Energy Company. The rating reflects the company’s high degree of vertical integration, low-cost production and high solvency. Last month DTEK announced intentions to issue Eurobonds in November.
