Former Boiko Deputy To Head Naftogaz.

Former Boiko Deputy To Head Naftogaz.

14 August 2008

Vladimir Sheludchenko was appointed Head of the Board of Naftogaz Ukrayiny. Sheludchenko worked as Yuriy Boiko’s (Fuel and Energy Minister in the new government and former Naftogaz head) deputy in 2003-2005. Before that Sheludchenko headed Donetskoblgaz from 1991 to 2003. Vladimir Nesterenko: For Regions Sheludchenko is a good fit at Naftogaz, he represents Donetsk forces and is close to Boiko – meaning the Ministry and Naftogaz should do a better job in coordinating their efforts. We expect the Fuel and Energy Ministry to enhance its control over Naftogaz.
