Forum Approves Charter Fund Increase by USD 99 mln

At their AGM on April 18, Bank Forum (FORM: BUY) shareholders approved its charter fund increase by USD 99 mln to USD 321 mln. Forum issued 50 mln shares at par, USD 1.98 per share, bringing the total number of shares to 162 mln.
