Forum Bank to Consider 45% Charter Fund Increase

According to Interfax, Forum Bank (FORM: BUY) shareholders will consider a 45% charter fund increase to UAH 1.62 bln (USD 321 mln) at the company’s AGM on February 1, 2008. The bank plans to conduct its additional share issue at par, UAH 10 (USD 1.98) per share. All eligible shareholders will be able to participate in the issue. The ex-rights date, according to Ukrainian law, typically coincides with the first date of subscription or it could be determined at the AGM, and therefore be no earlier than February 1, 2008.
