Forum to Expand Regional Network by 17% in 2008

In a press release yesterday, Bank Forum (FORM: BUY) announced it would expand its regional network by 17% up to 350 branches in 2008 vs. 256 currently. Earlier this week, the National Bank of Ukraine gave German Commerzbank preliminary permission to buy a 60%+1 stake in Bank Forum.
